HI all
When I sign into BBO, I see a list of friends and people i follow.
Then, when I sign into casual, these friends are no longer considered to be online.
I try to set up a game and invite my friends, but the system says they are not online.
Yet, we can still message etc.
Has any one encountered this? What can I do?

BBO has two servers and they are not connected.
You logged into the main server, which is most often used for tournaments, team matches, practice tables and Vugraph.
When you clicked on Casual, you went to the Casual server which is used for private tables. Your friends also need to click on Casual and then you will see them and be able to invite to your table.

We are also struggling with this. One of my regular partners can set up the table and it works. But the rest of us cannot.

Had this problem entering from on-line version using 'edge' but not using app on android tablet. Now use 'Chrome' on PC and the problem has gone away. You'll find that when you click on casual it seems as though you have just logged back in before getting there.

Had this problem entering from on-line version using 'edge' but not using app on android tablet. Now use 'Chrome' on PC and the problem has gone away. You'll find that when you click on casual it seems as though you have just logged back in before getting there.
