On 5/28/20 mombear12 played in tournament 531-15905786601 (robot/individual 12 game, mp) and won 54.68% but was not listed as a winner and did not receive mps.
On 5/29/20 mombear12 played in tournament 8760-1590660601 (robot/individual
, 12 game mp)and received 59.9% but was not listed as a winner and did not receive mps.
I do not want a refund. I want my ACBL master points! Thank you, anyone, especially the ACBL/BBO for help.

You withdrew from both of those.
Check Myhands for the last week, you'll see the difference with other robot tournaments, played to completion.

I did not receive Master points for a game I played in on Thursday. It was the All in One 12:30 0-1000 game on 5/28. Please advise

I won a few masterpoints (SYC Daylong) and they didn't get registered on the ACBL until the *following* month so I recommend just make a note of it and wait patiently for a month or 2

You received 0.22 BBO points for that game. But ACBL may calculate their masterpoints differently for virtual club games.

ACBL processes masterpoints on a monthly basis. We send them virtual club results immediately, so they can be entered into Live for Clubs right away, and those points will be in your "Pending" awards until the end of the month.

All other BBO ACBL masterpoints are sent to ACBL on the 1st of the month.
