Alert Box explanation box

I find the explanation box covers up dummy's hand, and I cannot get rid of it. Sometimes I click and it disappears, only to pop up again. Help please.

Click it and it should go away. It shouldn't pop up again unless the player changes their explanation, or you click on their bid.
