Double doesn’t work

Ever since the last update to the software, my double button doesn’t work on either my iPhine or iPad.

We're aware of it but we don't have a solution at this time.

This is an incompatibility that Apple introduced in iOS 13 that we believe only affects the anonymous games. We thought we'd fixed it a few months ago, but obviously not.

FYI, for me it started only a week or so ago and appears to be a problem only on my iPad, which currently is running version 13.3.1
