Automatic dealing When does it occur

I'm a new user and established a table with three friends. We all had our places at our table and were logged in but nothing happened. As table host do I need to initiate the game or will the cards be dealt automatically if we wait a few moments?

Hands should be dealt automatically as soon as all 4 seats are filled.
