It is likely that the tournament host has restricted entry to their tournament. Hosts have a range of options and the most commonly used are:
  • restriction by Tournament Completion Rate (see https://www.bridgeba...tion_rates.html)
  • restriction by country (location)
  • restriction by BBO level
  • restricted to friends of the host or a list of specific BBO members
  • new BBO members are not permitted

Read the (old) help on TCR and improve your TCR by playing in less restricted tournaments.

Hello, thank you for previous reply. But ... could you explain to me why the system tells me that my tournament completion rate (TCR) is not enough even though I haven't abandoned any tournaments? Thanks

Have you read https://www.bridgeba...tion_rates.html ?

From what I can see (and I'm not connected to BBO) you have played four tournaments in the last 30 days, so I'm guessing that you've not played enough qualifying events to get a rating.
