Nullo declarer play

GiB’s play at trick 11 was a surprise. Ruffing the diamond is 100% and I don’t think I’ve “promised” the !dQ on the bidding (yes, the double was very aggro—not my usual style.) Any idea what’s going on here?

As you say, there is absolutely no reason for it to make that play.

The GIB program sprung an oil leak and overheated due to friction buildup.

What's going on is that GIB sometimes goes into "panic mode" and plays low cards in the last few tricks.

For example, when it has 1 high trump, it never ruffs in, it takes it at trick 13 if we don't play trumps ourselves.
... and I can prove it with my usual, flawless logic.
