strange bid by robot Passed a forcing bid

Playing the mp Acbl game today I held a 19 point hand with 3-5-4-1 distribution. I opened one heart got a 1 nt forcing response bid 3 diamonds and partner passed with 2 diamonds. What can I do to make a forcing call?

You'll need to post the hand. Have never seen GIB pass a jump shift.
