Have there ever been psychs in CTC, I mean in the script? (obviously for the pairs bidding it's quite useless)
Is there any rule that says no calls from the script may deviate from their meaning?

I recall a number of bids that struck me as psyches...

I sent Ben a hand from the IPBM's bidding contest that included a psych. It's the only one I've seen, they used to take hands from real tournaments.

Justin claims he was "operating".
Please note: I am interested in boring, bog standard, 2/1.

lol

I though this was "physics in CTC", i.e. physics in closed timelike curves.

basically close to zero...close....in ctc in bw magazine over 40 years.

You must assume that if the opp bid they are true experts, that is the rule.

It is common in CTC that the opponents overcall 1H and don't raise when they have a 10-card fit. Somehow this rarely happens with true experts.

I don't believe there have been any actual psyches in CTC. However, I seem to recall one or two mentions by panelists of a situation in which a psyche might have been considered.
