Help
I'm trying to understand why in the last month I can' t click the casual play button and get put into a game. For years, I would click and almost instantaneously be put in a game with three other partners. Now I get up in with three empty table that hardly ever populate.... This is ONLY on my MacBook with High Sierra and with Safari... Chrome seems to be working. and my iPhone is working. I reported it to BBO and it never got fixed. Anyone with any info?

Which button are you clicking on after you go to the "Casual" screen? If you click on "Take me to the first seat available" it should put you into a game that's waiting for a player.

That is the one I am clicking,lol... but it doesn't put me into a game with players. when i use safari. It only puts me into a table with no players.

Check if you accidentally ticked the Matchpoints scoring option in Preferences:
