In the last few weeks it has been increasingly frequent to get the above message when attempting to access http://www.bridgebase.com/forums.
A retry usually succeeds.

Our side, it's been happening intermittently to lots of users, we think (hope) we've fixed it.

while logged into BBO whether by mobile phone app or web browser I constantly get disconnected "Service no longer available". Very frustrating and I can't figure out the cause. my wifi connection is "strong" and I do not get disconnected from any other service i am connected to.

Our log just says there's a timeout. It could be a problem with the connection between your ISP and ours. Hopefully it's just a temporary problem, as there isn't really anything we can do about it.

I'm unable to access the results from a tournament I played in (Free Automated Fun) and one I directer (8280) both of which finished normally more than 12 hours ago. Any thoughts?

Hand Records database maintenance
by Diana | Posted on June 17, 2020
Our techs are migrating older hand records to a bigger server. During this time, hand records from June 16-17 will be temporarily unavailable.
We will update here when maintenance is complete and the Hand Records archives are upgraded.
Once this operation completes, the Hand Records database will be back to the usual 3-months back archives.
Thank you for your patience.

I just uploaded my results from a game on 16 June, so it looks like this process is complete.
