Uncontested, 1c-1d-1h-3s currently shows spades. I think it should be splinter and heart support.

For south seat, after 1 :
1 = Fourth suit forcing -- 4+,3-,12+hcp,13+TPs,forcing to 3N
2 = Natural and forcing -- 5+,4,12+hcp,13+TPs,forcing to 3N
3 = 4+,biddable ,6+TPs.

See the definition of 3, it just looks like a bar bid, but it is impossible in such sequences.

In fact Gib really does take 3 as a bar bid.
