Uncontested, 1c-1d-1h-3s currently shows spades. I think it should be splinter and heart support.

For south seat, after 1♥ :
1♠ = Fourth suit forcing -- 4+♦,3-♠,12+hcp,13+TPs,forcing to 3N
2♠ = Natural and forcing -- 5+♦,4♠,12+hcp,13+TPs,forcing to 3N
3♠ = 4+♦,biddable ♠,6+TPs.

See the definition of 3♠, it just looks like a bar bid, but it is impossible in such sequences.

In fact Gib really does take 3♠ as a bar bid.
