Lack of interest by other members... it takes people submitting them for it to be of any use. I can go find hands, but I only kibitz a select few players...seems unfair for me to find all the candidate hands. If so, the same people would win everytime (or someone who happened to play against them and do well on one of the hands as they pass by).
