I suggest you use the first method, but however you do this, please make sure you exit the BBO program COMPLETELY before you start the download process.

Some new very useful new features have been introduced in 4.1.9. We are not planning a release for the general BBO membership in the near future. Purpose of this beta is so that our loyal forums members can check out what we have done. Changes include:

1) You can now include an explanation for a bid BEFORE you actually make the bid (you will figure out how).

2) You can right-click on a player's name (in the lobby list, the table list, chat area, etc...) and get one of those cute little menus that lets you do things like:

- jump to a table without going through all the motions
- define a person as a friend/enemy/neutral
- make a copy of a chat message (only works if you right click on a player name in the chat area). You can later paste this message anywhere that Windows allows you to paste text.

This right-click thing has a lot of potential and we will be adding more functions to this menu (and more places you can right-click) in the near future.

3) When you request permission to play or kibitz at a table, you are presented with a "waiting for permission" box. If the host of the table is slow to answer, it used to be that your only options were to click the "logoff" button or wait for the permission request to time out. The "logoff" button is now a "cancel" button.

Please give 4.1.9 a try. I think it is a big step forward!
