Jump cue over take out DBL by pd

Sorry if this was asked before. I am asking simply to implement some stuff to the methods I use. May sound weird to you but I do not remember ever using this before.




1- What does jump cue show in these auctions in your pdship, or what do you think is the best optimum use for it if you do have different pds using different meanings for it.
2- Does scoring or vulnerability affect your preferred meaning?

Please mention if the opening suit being major or minor makes any difference.

I hadn't seen Frances system before and it seems like a useful meaning for an otherwise obscure bid. An extra bonus is that you might be able to right-side a 4H on a hand without any slam interest.
