Gib's 2♦ is to let partner pick a better major in its hand,but Gib W's 2♠ says "my better major--3+♠,10-TPs",really?why not cheapest to pick ♥?

Well, East's majors could easily be 6-5 instead of 5-6. Not clear what the strategy should be with equal length. It's one of the reasons I really hate Cappelletti. Kind of wish GIB would just switch to Landy. One it will get this sort of hand right, and two it will stop it from bidding 2M on 4 cd major 5+ minor which I think is unplayable.
