Gib: Free raise or Limited raise after opp's double?

After double,Gib W raise to 2♥ showing free raise,I think it shows weak raise including constructive raise,never include limited raise.So after double,Gib W only bid redouble and then raise ♥ if possible.
Any idea?

To me redouble is the right action with the W hand, barring some conventional treatment not played by GIB. I agree it is too strong for the competitive single raise.
