Will be investigated as East call doesn't look like missed, just GIB doesn't find a call to give.

GIB's System Notes state that GIB makes Western Cue Bids but doesn't use that name for description. It would be nice if the description could say something like "asks for stop".

Of course, if West had opened 1NT with his balanced 15HCP, he wouldn't be having this problem...

Is it clear GIB should cue bid? Shouldn't cue bid be reserved for more distributional hands with longer strong clubs, not this semi-balanced stuff?
I know given vulnerability 3nt may often score better, but I would take the penalty, sometimes they are down 4 and sometimes no game makes like this hand.

Or you can give some example hands on Weastern cuebid.
