1- Here after double,Gib E jump bid 3♣ only with 8hcp,I think it is a unreasonable bid and showed that Gib overvalued this hand.
2- Is it 1♠ or double? after 3♣,why bid 3♦ instead of 3nt? Here Gib need to have better bidding rules.

I don't think 3C is terrible, it does have a 5 card suit at least. I would have bid 1S the first time myself, but it should certainly bid 3S over 3C.

Perhaps Jxx is sufficient to bid 3N over 3D?

I think it's terrible. Jumps in minor need a bit more strength IMO since level is higher & target is often 3nt where distributional strength doesn't help. If suit was spades, jumping would be less terrible but I personally would still only bid 1♠ in response to a double over a responder pass.

I also wonder whether 3♣ should show 5+♣. Wouldn't 2♦ be a maximal pass with no particular suit worth bidding?
