Gib let us have no way to get a best final contract.

After 3♦,Gib N should bid 3nt directly instead of 3♥ due to some stoppers in majors.
If not,after 3♥,3♠ I bid shows 4-card ♠,it will let me have no way to get 3nt as a best final contract.
Or worse still is that 3♥ usually implies no stopper in ♠,so for this low limited hand,3♥-rebid is a wrong auction,even basic robot.
Any idea?

GIB isn't showing stoppers, its trying to show shape as best as it can, I don't think it has a specific bid for 4=4=5=0, so is just hoping responder can show 4♠ otherwise its pretty well committing to 5♦ unless responder has a unnecessary ♠ stopper.

But why is it showing suits, responder should be denying a 4M with 3♦ so it should be showing stoppers at this point.
