The only cards that partner can be interested in are the rounded jacks and we have both so cooperating is obvious. My guess is that partner has great hearts and a potential slow club loser. If I understand your system correctly the spiral scan after RKCB does not show all the kay cards so partner might just be looking for a finesse position to bid a small slam. On the other hand perhaps one or both of us has just forgotten the system...
