For this hand, after 3♥,I don't want to lose a choice of 3nt if possible ,but I have no way to rebid because 3♠ show solinter - 5♣+,0-1 ♠.so I have to bid up to 5♣ so as to bet on luck.
why is 3♠ a splinter?

Agree 3 spades should not be a splinter and should be redefined as extras, strength in spades, like a 2 spade bid if East had passed. Would argue that South hand is too weak for 3 spades though, and should likely pass. Yes 3nt makes here, but then again East could easily have the DK and you are down 3 in 3nt.

Your English OK. We understand and agree.

East's bidding is not without interest. Maybe expert standard these days.

Psyche (pron. sahy-kee): The human soul, spirit or mind (derived, personification thereof, beloved of Eros, Greek myth).
