GIB deliberately let you guess

After reverse bid,all bids which GIB bid any suit of three level directly show 9-11 hcp.For GIB North hand with voidness,it would better raise 3♦ instead of 3nt,the reason is the most descriptive bid is 3♦,not 3nt in that case.
So I have to say that GIB deliberately let you guess.
