For the last few days I have not been able to access the BBO login screen. After I click Play on the home screen I get the blank screen with the ad on the left. Then I get some blinking that appears to be BBO trying to come up, but it doesn't.
I would appreciate any help. Everything was fine last week and the only thing I have done was update Flash to 12.0

What browser are u using?
Had same problem when first got my computer that came with Internet Explore9
Would go to utube & see if videos are not working & then try different browser.
Software tech at Dell solved problem by removing IE9 & installing IE8.
Later updated to IE9 & now IE10 & never had problem again.

I have ie10 and it was working fine, very strange.

I fixed it! I downloaded a new desktop shortcut using the button on the homepage and it works. The old one must have been corrupted somehow.
