Login Failure Connection Closed

Today I am no able to login to my BBO account and I am getting the below message

Connection Closed: Your log in request has been refused
username #20131214b has been barred until 2014-06-12 14:17 USA Central Time
Reason: Email abuse@bridgebase.com


could anyone help me on that issue

Welcome to the BBO forum. I am sorry your first post has to deal with a problem, but maybe we can get some help for you.

The message you received is typically associated with someone who has been banned from the BBO for some period of time. There are many reasons people get banned which is why it says reason with an email address, so you could send an email to find out. However, you are not banned, nor any aliases you have used in the past, nor anyone sharing computers or computer resources with you. Indeed, there is no user named 20131214b or #20131214b, so in fact it is not clear why you got this message. I will alert some technical people to your issue. You can write abuse at the address above, or you can write to me at inquiry at bridgebase dot com and I will let you know what I find out.

Fixed.

Short answer - trying to make it difficult for a pair of cheaters from your general neighbourhood to get back onto the site. I added exceptions for the civilians, but must have missed your username. Should be ok now.
