After 3♥,GIB should start cuebid sequences for showing fit,if do so,it would be easier to find slam.

I think this is not good bidding style if it is unable to display the features of the hand holding.

I agree with you. But I also feel that E/W were playing a very deep game, given that 7C only goes for 500.

Psych (pron. saik): A gross and deliberate misstatement of honour strength and/or suit length. Expressly permitted under Law 73E but forbidden contrary to that law by Acol club tourneys.

Psyche (pron. sahy-kee): The human soul, spirit or mind (derived, personification thereof, beloved of Eros, Greek myth).
Masterminding (pron. mPosted ImagesPosted ImagetPosted Imager-mPosted ImagendPosted Imageing) tr. v. - Any bid made by bridge player with which partner disagrees.

"Gentlemen, when the barrage lifts." 9th battalion, King's own Yorkshire light infantry,
2000 years earlier: "morituri te salutant"

"I will be with you, whatever". Blair to Bush, precursor to invasion of Iraq

Probably a limitation of the system, I don't think W has a bid to ask for the minor after 3♥. A human would take a lot of clubs to be P/C but in GIB's system it probably shows some huge hand with self-sufficient clubs.

2NT shows clubs and hearts, there is no unknown suit. So W can just bid clubs.
The world would be such a happy place, if only everyone played Acol :) --- TramTicket

If 4♠ is meant as natural, as it appears to be, then "3+D; 3+S" is quite insufficient.
