why not show the length of suit holding?

I am a loser in this hand due to wrong final contract,we can be easier to find that 4♠ is a good spot and it can be easier to get 10 tricks.

After 3♥,if Robot rebid 3♠,I am willing to raise to game with 3 card ♠,in other word,jump bid 3♥ don't mean "denied 3 card support".so I wonder why Robot don't show the length of ♠ suit holding.
