after 2♣ showed 9-13hcp,I know 2♣ was forcing a round,cuebid 2♦ to let Robot go on to describe its hand,but Robot pass! a ugly auction,actually Robot only have 8 hcp,so I think Robot should bid 1nt instead of bad suit 2♣.

Actually 2♣ is non-forcing constructive, not forcing one round, which is a common treatment for advancing overcalls. And it's not unreasonable to play 2♦ in this position as natural. Sometimes you are dealt aqxxx xx akjxx x and what else are you going to do?

With your actual hand, you could simply raise to 3♣.

I agree with its bad suit quality it should probably have bid 1nt instead of 2♣.
