how to know Robot's second control in opp's suit?

For this hand,it makes me feel pain very much,I know we can bid 6♠ if Robot have singleton or K in opp's ♣.now my problem come,how to know Robot's second control in opp's suit?

I suspect 5S here would say 3- 8421HCP in clubs.
