For this hand,I played so bad,very luck since Robot didn't play ♥K.

2NT shows 20-21.

Up to this moment you showed 14HCP.

There are 6 left at least or 7, as you cannot get them from ♥AJ only you must have ♥AQ or ♥AQJ, so GIB obviously decided that no matter what and ditched one card.

Supposedly there wasn't deal which GIB considered where declarer has only 19HCP.
