This is a new one.

I was in third seat. The bidding to me was 1♣ - (2♦). I bid 2♥. It went ALL PASS!

In what system is it possible to pass on this auction when the 2♥ bid is not a negative free bid?

Can you post GIB N's hand? I suspect it'll be important in root-causing the bug. It sounds like it was stuck for a rebid so it went with the default, pass.

Fixed in v29.

Also new suit will have and forcing in explanation

Free bid -- 5+ ♥; 11+ total points; forcing

Top priority is fit raise like here, otherwise 2N or rebid opening suit.
