Partner thinks 3xK in a 4432 is good enough for a "strong or both majors, weak" preempt and now you're in 2♠x (W doubled for takeout, east passed it out) after a small ♦ lead (attitude) to the ten. How do you play in the following few tricks? Butler scoring.

... and I can prove it with my usual, flawless logic.

I'd take my 5 side suit winners (assuming W has A♥) ending in dummy, ruff a heart in hand and wait for RHO to have to trump something or other to give 2 trump tricks to dummy. If RHO has the A♥ I can still play to ruff hearts in hand. I'm essentially cross-ruffing and don't mind getting overruffed by RHO because when he returns trumps he's leading into my tenace. Should make 8 or 9.
There is a big difference between a good decision and a good result. Let's keep our posts about good decisions rather than "gotcha" results!

I'd start with a heart from hand. Want to lead a diamond towards hand if it is possible after a heart trick has been losed.

I like HighLow21's line, so start by setting up the HK. Hopefully we can ruff a heart in hand for +470.
The problem comes if RHO wins the heart and plays SA, spade. Now when in with the other heart he can play another spade removing any heart ruff. That does leave LHO with only an 8-count though, so I'd be quite surprised if that is the layout.
