You have 4 losers outside of hearts. I see a lot of ways for you to preempt our side out of a vulnerable game (not to mention going for a number), and the upside is what -- preempting opps out of a nonvul game or slam, where they are in for some horrific breaks if they bid it? It would be batty to preempt with this hand imo.
Hell ♥AKxx and ♣Q isn't even an opener for partner and I want to be in 4♥.

you have difference in suit quality.

6-5 is quite a strong hand, if the suits were inverted I would surely prempt with 3♥, even if red myself I'd say.
