BBO Skill updates

Neither me nor any of my BBO friends have had their BBO Skill ratings updated for the past 4 days - is the site still in operation - posted 11/10/2014

We noticed a few days ago that our database server was getting overloaded, and the cause was an excessive number of polls to the myhands web pages. We blocked the IPs that were doing this, and I think it included bboskill.
