IMP, robot tourney, best hand South.

OK, 'fess up, 6D is not that great a spot, although it makes at double dummy on any lead (Spade Ace would be nice, of course, which is what I got v 6H but that was still no hope)

I think that the rot started to set in with the 4H bid, but even then I think it should be passing 6D.

PS explanations of my bids in South seat are not provided because the GIBberish interpretation of them is not given in MyHands, although at the time of bidding them I did check with the mouseover and all bids are consistent (I think) with GIB system interpretation.I do recall that GIB mouseovers suggested that I had shown rebiddable diamonds, and at no time promised a 5th Heart (in fact in my view I had pretty much denied a 5th Heart with the 3D bid)
Psych (pron. saik): A gross and deliberate misstatement of honour strength and/or suit length. Expressly permitted under Law 73E but forbidden contrary to that law by Acol club tourneys.

Masterminding (pron. mPosted ImagesPosted ImagetPosted Imager-mPosted ImagendPosted Imageing) tr. v. - Any bid made by bridge player with which partner disagrees.
