Playing in an ACBL BBO Robot game. IMP scoring (if that is relevant).

Non vul vs. vul, GIB holds:

The bidding, starting with partner:

2♣ - 2♦*
2♥ - 3♣**
3♦ - 3♥***
4♥ - P****

* Negative or waiting - no problem there
** Cheaper minor 4 or less points - no problem there
*** WHAT????
**** Can't argue with the final pass.

Where did this 3♥ bid on a singleton come from? Even the GIB explanation says 2+ hearts.

By the way, I made 9 tricks and got a slightly plus IMP result. :)
