ACBL In & Out Reports

Does anyone any experience with taking the ACBL In & Out Reports and using the data in a mail merge program (for snail mailing out welcome packages etc) or importing email addresses?
I believe I can get the In & Out Report in RTF, PDF or Text format but I am not sure that any of these formats are suitable for what we are trying to do.

Am asking some people, but you might look up membership chairmen on some District/Unit websites (provided in the ACBL site) and email them.
