Table numbers in tourneys

Please put the Table number in front of the tourney title (in the Windows title bar).
That way, players and kibs can easily see the current position in a tourney.
I usually open with 13 cards

Good idea - thanks Andreas. Fix will appear in next version.

All software suggestions are always welcome, but nowadays it is likely that only really good ideas that are really easy to implement (like this one) are going to make their way into the software quickly.

We do read and appreciate all suggestions even if we don't respond to all of them.
