I suspect that "bridge 4" is flawed because I never gets a hand which is less than 10 HCPs.

It's not flawed, it's Best Hand style. Human always has the most HCP at the table.

Yes, we changed the game in April and didn't update the description. We'll add that it's Best Hand, thanks for pointing it out.
