how much to raise 2 level overcall?

9 solid hcp and a doubleton isn't enough to make a move over 2♥?? How much does GIB need?

Personally I think it's mandatory to raise this hand, and any more should cue bid 2♠?

Thanks for reporting.

It used to be a bug with raising natural overcall on level 2 ( with no jump ) and partner fitting it.

Should be ok since v26. So the displayed partner-north would bid 3♥ instead of pass ( 3+ ♥; 7-10 total points ).
