RSS Feeds

Is it possible to make the RSS feeds from the forums more granular?

The current feed is an "all or nothing" feed that tracks all forums, including all language-specific forums. The result is a feed that is essentially useless.

The ability to subscribe at the individual forum level would make RSS feeds usable.

RSS feeds seem to be have very minimal functionality, at least in the version of the forums we're running. Each feed has to be created individually, and populated with a set of forums -- there's no simple way to create fine-grained feeds, except doing it by hand. There's server overhead for updating each feed, so I don't want to create lots of different feeds.
