MP with strong opponents. West leads the ♥4 (fourth best) to East's Jack. What is your plan? Is it different from how you would play this hand at IMPs?

IMO...
At pairs, you could cross to ♠K and finesse ♦. If LHO false-cards from ♦AQ, you may need a sympathetic partner :(
At teams, there's a case for leading ♦K from hand at trick two.
