Well, better not to look for slam because if opener has a lousy hand 5 is in jeapordy. Playing namyats I would open 4, and then it's obvious for pard to try for slam.

i just disagree... i have 7 controls and partner opens? i'm pretty sure i'll take a look if i have the means... even a weak nt opening opposite has potential
