Chat to all online friends

Currently we can chat to lobby, chat to specific person. Would it be possible to add an option for chat to all online friends?

Not unless we allow people to choose whether to allow someone to mark them as a friend -- too much potential for abuse

How about "Chat to all mutual friends". It would allow send the message to anybody who you have marked as a friend that also has you marked as a friend.

I dont want others to know, whether I have marked them as a friend or not.
Any group messaging option in the hands of everyone is 1st step towards spam.

Lobby chat is also sent to all players. The friend chat would show in blue colour though. So may not cause too much trouble to 'forced friends'
Sometime there are chats from lobby like friend1, friend2 are you ready? That sort of chats will be seen from all players too. The private chat to all friends could reduce other players seeing too much chat from lobby.

Lobby chat isn't sent to me.. as I leave it turned off...
