If you are playing that 3 is stayman then the bidding should go:

1NT-(2)-4
4-5NT
...-7

With monster hand in majors I can bid 3h and 4s over 3nt.
4d immediately show also majors (it isn't in the system but it's logical).
So it can be anything except monster majors.
But what else it could be?
I can never be sure (mainly after 60 boards played - Isn't it natural? :) ).
What I want to say is that it's useless to use speculative bids when you have natural and well known one...
