Double is clear now.
If playing NFB (I play 7-11) I would bid 2♥ because the suit is so good.

OK. I didn't make it clear. I meant w/ nfb, you can't dbl AND bid 2/3H later. if you dbled, ♥ would be hidden forever unless pd has 4 ♥s.

yes, almost... if (playing nfb) you double and then bid an independent suit (say hearts), it is a game force... for example
1s (2c) x (p) 2s (p) 3h - the 3h bid is a game force and shows, most often, 5+ pcs..
