I assume it's Martston's latest 1C responses. What surprises me is how many two-way responses he has. If the SPs are designed to cope with competition, doesn't the 2-way aspect take away from that advantage?
1C = 15+ HCP
Responding to 1C
1D = gameforcing (QP=6+, might be QP=5 with lots of distribution); not 5440
1H = semi positive (QP=3-5); balanced OR unbalanced without fivecard major OR any 4441 (not a onesuiter diamonds)
1S = negative (QP=0-2)
1NT = semi positive; 5+ hearts with a minor OR a onesuiter diamonds OR any 5440 with fivecard major
2C = semi positive; 5+ spades with a minor OR a onesuiter hearts
2D = semi positive; 5+ spades and four hearts OR a onesuiter spades
2H = semi positive; 5+ hearts and four spades
2S= semi positive; 5+ hearts and 5+ spades
2NT = gameforcing; any 5440 with a void in a major
3C = gameforcing; solid sevencard in unknown suit
3D = gameforcing; any 5440 with void diamonds
3H= gameforcing; 4=4=5=0
3S = gameforcing; 4=5=4=0
3NT = gameforcing; 5=4=4=0
After 1 opener can start a relay sequence with 1 to reveal responders hand. With a relative weak hand (QP=9-11) opener should generally describe his own hand (1 up).

I believe this structure is the one described in the MOSCITO 2005 booklet, so not really up to date...
