Just post the whole hand & auction next time. Figuring out how to respond as human when the robot chooses an impossible sequence isn't really what we are after. We'd rather the robot get fixed so it doesn't perpetrate the sequence in the first place. Here it seems there is a bug preventing the bot from choosing the more sensible 2d on the second round, which would leave it better placed to try 3d the next one (which should be its final effort, give up after 3s IMO).
It's also bizarro why West isn't raising East's spades directly over 1nt (should arguably cue bid).

Without any competition, 2♦ there would be New Minor Forcing. In the presence of East's 1♠ bid, is New Minor Forcing still on? Should it be?

I guess one question would be whether South's 1nt bid denies 3h from failure to support double. To me with some 3334 and a double spade stop, South should be allowed to use judgment to try 1nt instead of double? In which case NMF should apply.
Bot should be bidding 2d whether or not it wants it to be NMF

Very similar problem reported a few weeks ago, with a gloss-over response:

Why can't GIB just bid 3♦ over 1NT- and express its hand perfectly 5+D 12+ TP 11-HCP- South should not go to game unless he either has no spade cover or a poor one as the honours are wasted.

3d would work if it was 5-5 inv, but I think Gib is using this as the weak 4-6 (but misbidding it frequently with 4-5s) currently, describing it as "retreat from notrump".
I wouldn't mind changing the jumps to be forcing 5-5s by UPH, inv by passed hand, and just live with 1nt on the weak 4-6s. Or the jumps could always be inv, going through NMF can be forcing, either way.

As SupX has priority GIB won't skip it with 4♠3♥. So 1NT description is fixed to 2♥.
Also prevented GIB to use 2♣ with less of 4 cards.
So in the case below it would likely use 2♦(NMF as having 12TP) or Pass.
14+ cards issue will be addressed too, but not that quick fix.
