You're playing 2/1
Playing 2/1 Italian style:
1♠ 2♥(1)
2♠(2) 2NT(3)
3♦ 3♥(4)
3♠(5) 3NT
pass
1 = 4-7 3crd ♠ OR GF 5+crd ♦
2 = 11-16 any
3 = GF 5♦4♣
4 = cue
5 = good suit

Same for me, except opener bids 3NT instead of 3♦. I want the lead going around to me in all four suits.

3♣ is fourth suit forcing, does not promise anything in clubs.
So opener with stiff K should not (yet) bid NT.

dont worry about club then? pd is marked with singleton. I would prefer 5D here.

2N must guarantee 2+ cards in pard's first suit (or exceptionaly a stiff honor)

1♠-2♦
2♥-3♣
3♦-3♥
3NT
2NT would be great if partner has 5404, but I am happy with natural 3♣, I don´t wanna receeive the lead to 3NT.

It is Lawrence's version 2/1 (e.g. "Workbook on 2/1" adn "Uncontested auction"), which is the starting point of Gitelman's 2/1, and which is usually preferred to Hardy's version by experts 2/1 players.
It states specifically that 2NT guarantees at least a doubleton in pard's suit (or exceptionally a stiff honor).
Of course, nowadays anyone has their own gadgets and their own way to play it, but for undiscussed auctions, usually Lawrence is the reference.

1)
1S 2D
2H 3C
3C is not 4SF. You already have a GF. 3C is natural. There is no reason to play this any other way.
2)
1S 2D
2H 2N/3N
2N = 12-14 or 18-19... With 18-19 responder will bid 4N over 3N
3N = 15-17

1♠ - 2♦
2♥ - 3♣
3♦ - 3♥
3N - 4♣
4♦ - 4♥
4N - 5♥
6♣ - 6♦
Yes I can see it plays awkwardly, but it seems to me that I'll make if either major King is on my left and trumps are 3-2.

You can play low to the heart queen, and if that fails, you can then try the spade hook, in theory at least. There is some problems with getting locked in dummy on a trump back when the heart King loses.. as it makes it difficult to ruff two clubs in dummy. So if the heart Queen loses to the King, you not only need 3-2 diamonds, you need 4-3 spades with king on side, I think.

Agree - the small extra values cancelled by misfit.
1S-2D-2H-3NT.
